The Fika Channel

The Fika Channel was started by me and a couple of friends who were exiting college and wanted to express ourselves through the art of film. Specifically in the field of visual fx.

We are all driven by the stimulation of creating new things. Projects allow us to hone our skills and express our creative talents. This synergy motivated us and resulted in the production of short films. Collectively our skills range from profficiency

in the Adobe Suite to 3D programs such as Maya. We continue to work together and are currently working on projects scheduled to launch in 2015.  We are also branding into 2D and 3D animated projects. We have a YouTube channel called TheFikaChannel and plan to launch into different types of entertainment such as talk shows and short web sitcoms. Here are a few projects we've made.

This was the first film we put together, "Dude, Where's My Sandwich". Most of our personal work is based around comedy and parody. This is a film about playing too many video games and having it take over your life.

We produced this video shortly after "Dude Where's My Sandwich". It was published on Nolavie.com in early January 2014.

This is one version of a video made for Grip Productions, a local New Orleans Studio.

This is the most recent video produced by The Fika Channel. It's for the book "Zoë Abundant Life: Words of Encouragement, Revealed Truths From the Master". Written by Marilyn Roberts.

Below are two videos highlighing Logos. The first is my personal Logo for this site. The second is for another client and who builds custom computers.
